First, please double check that you are spelling your email correctly and try to have the email sent again. Also check your spam folder just in case it is being filtered. If you still do not receive the email it means the account did not transfer. In this case you can create a new account using the same email.
If it does not allow you to create an account please contact us with your email and we can look into the problem further.
