We accept purchase orders for orders over $100 from local, state, and federal government agencies. The standard payment terms are net 30. We do not offer open terms for commercial accounts.
Placing an Order using a Purchase Order
Our new system requires that all orders be placed through our website by the customer. The benefits to you are:
- Order receipt can be instantly verified.
- Improved order accuracy and faster order fulfillment.
- Order tracking is provided as soon as the order ships.
- Order history can be reviewed at any time.
Initial Account Set-Up
All customers that would like to use a purchase order must first create an account on our website. This can be completed quickly by clicking on Account located in the upper right corner of our website at Specialty-Graphics.com. Once your account is created, please use our chat, located in the lower right corner of our website, letting us know that you have created the account. You may also notify us through our Contact Us form or send an email to [email protected]. Once your notification is received, our staff will enable your account to accept purchase orders and notify you by chat/email that your account is ready to use.
Placing an Order:
Visit our website at Specialty-Graphics.com and add the desired items to your shopping cart. Please note that there is a $100 minimum order for purchase orders. Orders less than $100 will need to be placed as a standard pre-paid order using a credit card or PayPal account. When finished, complete the checkout process by choosing the Purchase Order payment option. This option will only appear if you are signed into your account. Enter your purchase order number into the 'Customer Notes' field, located under Shipping.
After following the previous steps and submitting your order, please email your purchase order to [email protected] or upload it using our Contact Us form. We will not process your order unless the order is submitted through the site and until a copy of your purchase order is received.
