We are please to offer our local customers the option to pick up their order in person at our Saint Charles, Illinois warehouse.

Curbside Pick Up Instructions:

• Place your order online and select the "Pick Up" shipping option.
• Depending on our current workload, please allow 1-3 hours for your order to be picked and prepared by our warehouse staff.
• Once your order is ready, we will send you an email notifying you that you can come and pick up your order.
• When you arrive at our facility, please park in the first few parking spaces and call the number that is on the sign to let us know that you have arrived.
• Please stay in your car until our staff puts your order in the shopping cart placed outside the front door.
• Once our staff member goes back inside, please get out of your car and retrieve your order.
• Our curbside pick up hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Central, Monday through Friday.  We are closed on the weekends.
